What happens? You tap 'complete' and then what happens. I know it isn't necessary to close the day but I do, I have not had any problems. (Android)

Saturdays are hard to log for me, it is busier than usual, more people around and bigger meals I have less control over. I was able to log everything pretty accurately today.

I stress/upset eat as well. I used to QUICKLY grab something to munch on, usually high fat high carb junk. The only advice I have is slow down and more importantly I found that increasing my workout at the gym burned off a lot of stress, and relaxed me. It also gives you extra calories to work with. I don't stress eat as…

When I first read about Soylent I thought it was a joke.

Roasted chickpeas are great. Nothing like fresh hummus, but the local Lebanese bakery makes fantastic hummus. I like chickpeas in a broccoli pasta salad, but I have cut back on pasta and oil based salad dressing.

I like fennel in soup.

Today is my ninety day anniversary of MFP and I am half-way to my goal. My loss rate has slowed the past few weeks. I have had other things going on that could have slowed things down, and I slacked off a bit in the accuracy of my logging. Not bad, but I know it could be better. Usually I use a "quick add" sometime during…

How are your workouts based on the calories you consume? 1) Get a food scale and weigh all your food. <-- very important. 2) Be careful about calories burned during exercise, it is difficult to accurately measure the calories that you burn.

No I don't think there is a way to share the actual recipe, but if you shared the meal you can copy the calories over as livingleanlivingclean said.

Everywhere is within walking distance if you have the time. Figure about two pounds a week max, then give yourself extra time for fluctuations in weight.

One of blue cheese's major drawbacks is its high calorie content. Just a single ounce of cheese contains 100 calories, or 5 percent of your daily intake in a 2,000-calorie diet. ... Each serving of blue cheese also contains 8.2 grams of fat, including 5.3 grams of saturated fat. I was thinking of driving up to the local…

I made two things today, one was from the MFP blog... used fresh local blueberries and this recipe: https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/blueberry-oat-muffin/ I used less white flour, more oat flour, no sugar and I didn't have any almond milk so I used regular milk. For dinner I made zucchini 'noodles', Zucchini fresh from the…

@padraick63 You can start here, look up on-line reviews on MFP recommendations along with what your My Fitness Pals have to say. https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps?app_category=step_trackers You can also download apps that will help you track long outside walks but those don't work as well for walking around in the office.

You haven't mentioned anything about net-carbs or cheat days.

The missing hiker story was in my news feed this morning http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/08/17/search-continues-for-seattle-hiker-missing-more-than-two-weeks.html

Yea it sucks having to pay for a product you use.

If you are sick and don't want to eat? I don't eat. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids.
-
It is best to weigh your food with a food scale, without knowing the amounts we can not give you an estimate. However you can try the recipe maker. https://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe_parser from the website, it is also on the app.

I saw Jimmy Dean's simple scrambles. The target audience for this product is overly lazy people that are so lazy they make simple things more complicated than it has to be. Microwavable container that has a container of eggs and a container of meat in it. You mix the two and microwave it for 90 seconds for a meal! First,…
