I used my parents old Weight Watchers branded scale made by Conair, I get consistent readings stepping on it multiple times, and the same reading if I move it to a different location. Make sure your scale is on a flat surface, make sure you are putting your feet in the the same spots each time.

AFID! Another Fad Inspired Diet! Fad diets never work, but the media loves to sell advertising off them because they know suckers will buy stuff. Eat healthy within your calorie guidelines, that is all there is to it, no fad diet needed.

I have finally reduce my carbohydrate intake and my protein is up. Achieving this was difficult for me. My fat macro is higher than I would want but that is due to the avocados I eat.

Wow.... When I was heavier I couldn't whistle, I thought maybe it was age or dental changes. I read your post, tried to whistle and I was able to whistle. It wasn't loud, but I could hold a note. I wouldn't have thought my chubby little cheeks was the cause.

My Grandmother used to make elbows and cottage cheese for my father when he was a boy. The family still enjoys this(bread crumbs optional) Grandma's great-great grandson eats elbows and feta cheese.
