The air vents could be something, with the colder weather the AC is off and the heat is now coming on. Dust, mold or whatever that was in that area of the unit is now being blow around.

When I was a youngin' if I woke up late my mother would blend OJ, raw egg, & honey for an energy drink, she would serve it with a piece of toast & peanut butter. The egg, oj and honey wasn't too bad.

You might need new sneakers, if you lost some weight your foot/shoe might need to be resized. If you are new to walking your foot might not be used to the added exercise. Ask your doctor, he might recommend a podiatrist. Is it the top of the foot or the bottom?

It is a natural calorie free sweetener, it is very good. You can't use it for baking, they have a baking blend which I believe is partially sugar. You can use the regular in most cold foods.

Salsa Verde Chicken 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 blocks Neufchatel cheese (low fat cream cheese) 1 jar salsa verde 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high Shred the chicken and let sit to thicken for 10-15 Someone else said they made this in their Instapot.

A friend who lives in a different part of the state raves about chocolate hummus, I have never seen it. This area has a large middle eastern population and some great Lebanese, Greek, middle eastern bakeries, shops and restaurants so I don't buy store brands. But I want to try the flavored stuff sometime.

@jesselee10 If a DNA diet worked, your doctor would take a DNA sample, after getting the results and go over the results with you or have you visit a registered dietitian. There is a reason why doctors don't tell you to do these types of diets. Get your money back.

Use Carolina style BBQ sauce made from vinegar or a dry rub. There is no reason to use that ketchup and molasses stuff.

Hard boiled eggs can be eaten cold. Boil several up ahead of time, grab, shell and eat.

Tried the enchilada sauce and it wasn't too bad, I am going to try to pork sauce with some tenderloin and the slow cooker soon.

I am a confused about your comment, you are upset that MFP didn't give you a higher number? Try other calculators and see what the results are: https://caloriesburnedhq.com/calories-burned-walking/ I put in your numbers and it gave 475, you have to remember these calculators are poor estimates.

@lwhitman208, I made Chicken Verde today came out fantastic, thanks for the idea. I only used 1 block of cream cheese, added spinach, cilantro (coriander), lime juice, lime zest, cumin & fennel. Great idea.

Depends on what they are used for, anabolic (performance enhancing) steroids are probably not good. There are others that are used medically.

Either use the on-line calculators or an app like MapMyWalk (also by MFP) The apps might calculate the incline if the map is accurate. The incline burns more calories than the speed, but speed is important.

@vnb_208 I found them in Walmart's produce section. I wasn't crazy about them, they were okay, but I wouldn't go out of my way for them.

Try: 'Bananas USDA' Adding the USDA to foods *usually* (not always) helps.

That makes the most sense, when I was using it I used a Magic Bullet. I wanted to chop up the other ingredients.
