I think that is awesome that you date the holes. (Woo as in woo-hoo.) I extended the life of my belt, I drilled holes into the belt. My goal is to be able to wrap the end around to my left side.

If you want to track waist, chest, neck or add any of your own measurements you can do that. On the web: The apps have it as well under progress. Tap the weight and select what you want to measure. I think you can only add from the web section but I could be wrong.

I asked my buddy who grew up in Mastic Beach, he called them 'Black & Whites', the people of "upstate" (I hate that term) call them 'half moons' (the only correct name), in Florida they call them 'half & halfs'. You could get them with chocolate or vanilla cookies as well.

No it is not, but a premium feature should be to get rid of all the buttons at the bottom except for the 'Flag' and 'Quote' buttons.

I think you asked about left over lamb before... I don't understand how you can have left over lamb. Invite me over, I will bring fresh rosemary and garlic from my garden. You wont have a problem with left over lamb.

It took a long time and started before I joined MFP. I no longer enjoyed the sugary sweet taste. It was odd because I grew up with Pepsi Coke made with real sugar, when they reintroduced "made with sugar"t I thought it tasted better but I didn't want it. It still needs a glass bottle but that is a different story.…

How much peanut butter by weight are you using? Protein shakes and peanut better are probably a lot of calories.

I have woken up during the night very hungry and I couldn't fall back asleep until I hate something. I added it to my next days breakfast meal.

Last month someone (I don't remember who) suggested making slow cooker pull pork with pork tenderloin. I don't care for pork tenderloin but I gave it a try. Pulled Pork tenderloin in a slow cooker is very good. (Carolina Style of course) One of my favorite meals with less fat.
