I might have bad news for you, I had a stomach virus as a child. The food my mother was cooking dinner to this day I can not smell that food without getting nauseated. It has been over 35 years.

Yes, weight loss and then a slow down is normal. I have been within the same five pounds for almost three weeks. It will pass, your body is trying to readjust. That and you have to tighten up on your logging. I slacked off for a bit. Nothing bad but I wasn't as tight as I was.

You can create extra meals in the diary. I have an 'after dinner snack' diary option. If I eat something before I go to bed it goes at that meal. Usually I want something small, a Quaker Chewy granola bar is my go to snack when I want one. Depending on the flavor it is about 100 calories.

I weigh bread, using rye or multi-grain bread, each slice can be a different size and weight. It isn't drastic but I do it anyway.

I have been increasing the incline on the treadmill, that is no big deal, what shocked me is I am increasing the speed as well. I didn't think I would be able to walk that fast for an hour.... on an incline. My heart rate has decreased as I am on the treadmill as well.

I think there is an option to limit what it shows, but I don't know where that option is offhand. Check the gear option and the diary under settings.
