Jen? This can easily be peri. I'm 48 and all done. (Blood tests have confirmed this.) My period went from 21 days to every other week and very heavy to nothing at all. Now 1.5 years later and absolutely loving it! My quality of life has improved so much. I'll take the occasional hot flush (like your head is in the oven).β¦

I do SC. It's split up in days. I tend to follow day A-B-cardio-A-C-cardio-active rest. Which makes seven days in total. I follow the complete warm up, the eight exercises given and I add two depending on how I feel. Takes me about 90 minutes on lifting days and 30 minutes on cardio days. Good luck.

167cm here and 57.5 kg. Aiming for 59 kg, currently lifting (Strong Curves and some added lifts) and lean bulking. I've been 51 kg before but I look so much better with a bit of muscle/bulk on me. Big fan here. Love Strong Curves and I've made so much progress with this program. I now add some upper body exercises towards the end to balance it out a bit more.

This! I feel so much better being on the other side (at 48), the occasional hot flash or night sweats are nothing compared to all the other hassle I had before. Feeling better than ever!
