Don't want to derail the post, however the OP seems satisfied with her answers. What about Frozen Cooked Shrimp? Weigh while frozen or once thawed? In this instance it is to be used for shrimp cocktail. ETA: The type I buy does not specify frozen/thawed.

Gotcha! In that case if it were me I would probably start by adding in a protein bar every day (or shake but I usually find those to be more filling).

Some easy ways to increase your calories without adding in a lot of bulk would be to choose fattier cuts of meat and use additional oil/butter when cooking. I doubt your level of fullness would change by making these adjustments. :smile:

1320 + exercise cals. Lost 46 lbs, still 10-20 to go (will know when I get there). 31 yrs, 5'5'', desk job, working out 3-5 times per week. ETA: I didn't start out at 1320. I was around 1600 and have had to drop over time as I'm getting closer to goal weight.

It's essentially just a mixture of seasonings. Different brands have different blends, but most contain at least salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, onion salt. Some add in turmeric and/or cayenne. Lawry's is a popular brand and is sold everywhere. It's so dang easy...all the work is done for you! :wink:
