Thank you! It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. My addiction was really bad too. I was consuming probably 200 to 300oz of soda per day lol. Hardly anything else was drank.

Currently at work and looking forward to a good week of eating better( I failed big time last week apparently) also shifting from 3x a week workouts to 5x per week because I feel like that is my sweet spot.

The scale was depressing on Saturday morning. Gained two lbs last week despite Feeling like I ate better. I switched my mindset to focusing on smaller goals like losing 20lbs in the next two or three months instead of focusing on the whole 110lbs I actually need to lose. Hopefully this works. 5 months ago I stopped using this app and switched to another and had no dice. Decided today to come back here because I was actually losing weight when using this app daily prior to quitting. 100lbs to lose so I’ve got a long journey ahead of me.

Morning all. Was going to workout this morning but ended up not because the garage is too cold. I’ll workout with my kids after work. 30 mins is all I need. Eating low carb again because I messed up yesterday:(

Been really slacking on my workouts lately. I’ve managed one workout per week for the last three weeks. My job is really active though with stairs as going up and down them. I average 10-11 floors per day. So I guess I’m still doing something right? Hoping to add a weight workout in tomorrow morning and Friday as well.
