Yeah after a few weeks of doing IF I kind of lose the hunger pang, its the evening that's the hardest. Sometimes a glass of water with a pinch of Pink Himalayan salt helps cravings and yes an early night also helps.

Garmin, ive had 3 so far and upgraded every time. Vivo Active 3 seems to be best choice for all round at the moment. I wouldnt buy anything else.
