  • @Mrs_Hoffer thank you. I did have a brief second where I thought it would be easier to just slink away rather than admit to using up lots of pass days. But accountability doesn't really mean anything if you only do it when it's easy. I really appreciate this group.

  • Yes x3. Not officially doing exercise but we're away at a wedding this weekend and I was running round packing and sorting out the house before leaving so I'll count it.
  • Yes x3 Running for exercise. Life hack was when I started eating healthier I just added at least one extra vegetable to recipes. It was like a fun challenge. I easily get my 5 a day now and most days I'm on about 10 portions. Spinach works really well in most things. Broccoli and cauliflower are also pretty versatile.

  • Pass day 5 (eek) Tracked and under but didn't have time for exercise as I'm visiting family so driving followed by a lot of sitting. My baby is going through a growth spurt too so a bit trapped by breastfeeding.
