11% weight loss in 6 weeks. I wish that you had asked our opinion before signing up. In my experience, few people can manage 1% a week. However, it's still possible to achieve with care and attention. Basically, dedicate the next 6 weeks to exercise.

I'm single and live alone, the ideal situation for logging food. The more people involved in providing, preparing or eating food with you, the more difficult it is to log food.

In the sort of events, I find it much easier to eat nothing than "just one". As for actual food that you want to eat, well I'd go for simple foods like apples and tuna. Stuff like that.

I used to be 'naturally slim'. The reason was the hormonal weight regulation I had was perfect. I never gained, I never lost. If I ate too much one day, the next week I would naturally lose weight without even knowing. I didn't even know my weight.
