ran 5km, and then cycled for another 5km (gym). Got my 5km run down to 36 minutes. I know this is bad lol!! But I can do it !! Also, going to do a Zumba video when I get home tonight.

God, sorry I never replied to this. Thanks so much!! I'm 160lb ish now. No longer on the pill. Moods much much better.. I think I just have to be patient.

hi. I'm on meds for bipolar too. Gained a lot of weight on Quetiapine/Seroquel. Now on Lamotrigine but the weight is going slowlyyyy off. It is going though. Half a pound a week is a good week for me sometimes. I Think I'll have to be patient.

SW 175 CW 165 GW 150 (I am 5'10) Today was... 10lb lost! (since August... I hope that when I go off the pill and have a different method that I will lose weight more quickly, as this is VERY slow). But still, 10lb off!

Thank you, this is a very good point. i think I always see people who drop like 5lb in their first week, and I feel a bit rubbish that I can't even lose like 2lb a week.. but yeah you're right. Thank you!
