My baby is 14 months . I was 228 when she was born . Just started trying to lose the last 4 ish months , down to 185! I’m not sure where I’ll go to. I’ve been 135-175 my whole life probably 160 ish . I’m 5’6 and 40+ yrs old .

Thanks everyone , I got two stall mats 7x4 by 1/2 inch. They rolled them up for me and put them in the back of my compact hatchback no problem lol. they work great for t25. Thanks again never even knew about these.

Hello, Today I did Low impact cardiosupersets first time doing it , made me sweat, really wasn’t a favorite for me tho. last week it was strong and sweaty total body giant supersets. Not quite 3 months and lost 22#. Tracking calories with better food choices, trying not to go over amount given . Started walking , t25, and starting weights, at least 5 days a week,no gym. Im over 40 female and started at 215 postpartum

Orgain has a few different varieties that aren’t to bad. The calories are pretty different for the types , some are 140-250. The fiber may be a bit low tho. I used the orgain superfoods powder to help with that but it doesn’t come in a box it’s the powder unfortunately you have to at least stir or shake it up .My husband…

Tried it today. Tastes like a normal frozen cheap bad for you pizza. The crust is bland. Tastes greasy and fattening if that makes sense. I’m wondering how the high fiber is going to go 😊

Sounds kinda weird but I have a baby so, her puffs are like 25 calories a 1/2 cup so are the yogurt freeze dried snacks. They are yummy. Hope you get some pain relief.:)
