  • Get a hold of your Nutrition 1st! Very Important! 80% Nutrition 20% Exercise. In the process keep it very simple. Walking, fast walking then eventually start a light Jog etc. etc. it really isn’t complicated just get up and move! Like cleaning around the house, working on the garden, etc.etc.
  • Welcome to the MFP community. I am new as well. Well new to the community but I have used MFP for the 1st year of my weight loss transition. After the 1st year it became a natural consistent habit. What are your goals?

  • Some Tips: 1. Work on being more discipline with your nutrition. 2. I used to think checking weight was helpful but in fact I found check your waist is better. Since the results will show up their 1st. 3. Once nutrition is controlled start a vigorous cardio workout or some HIT programs. 4. Trust the process!
  • Yes go for it! Especially since you’ve been doing the same ecxercise for a while. Btw cardio everyday is a benefit! So continue to elevate your excercise goals! Note: Take at least 1 day to rest the body.
  • You should see the Dr. and have your regular yearly physical.
  • Your goal should be to elevate your heart rate in order to sweat. If your sweating already then increase the days to 3-4. In addition results will occur at the waist and not so much on the scale. Be sure your dieting habits are in line with your excercise goals. Note: Trust the process!
