Is it bad to workout mon-fri

I never liked working out that much but recently I've been doing popsugar fitness videos on YouTube and other similar ones. Now I look forward to working out so is it bad to workout Monday to Friday 5 days a week x

    Like for your body? Is it too much on the body? Is it not good for the body to not have a full rest day from Monday to Friday. I'm very new to all of this x

    nothing to 5 x a week might be too much, maybe start with every other day?

    if its a cardio workout, you should be fine one you are used to that level of exercise.

    I haven't been doing nothing, I've been doing the YouTube workouts every other day or so but I really enjoy doing them so was wondering if I could bump it up to 5 times a week Monday to Friday. It's cardio yes

    Yes go for it! Especially since you’ve been doing the same ecxercise for a while. Btw cardio everyday is a benefit! So continue to elevate your excercise goals!

    Note: Take at least 1 day to rest the body.

    should be fine then. you can always take a day off mid week if you feel you need it.
