  • I live in Brazil, so I don't know if the brand exists where you live. It's a vegan protein bar called Harts Vegana - it has a considerable amount of carbs also, not just protein
  • No, the description of that doesn't meet what I feel. I don't feel soreness on the leg, it's just that random tingling and sudden freeze of the foot @.@.
  • Exercising: the only way to keep your metabolism going in a restrictive diet.
  • All I can say is we're gonna make it. No freaking PCOS's gonna stand in the way of our dreams.
  • After a LOOONG time without poling (;_; work overload), I came back to train once a week! Yesterday I could manage to do a SUPERMAN \o/!! Although it's considered a basic move, it was the 1st time I could do it, so YAAAY!!

I understand the importance of these workouts, but I never succeeded at running for more than 2 minutes straight. Dancing, though,…
  • I love it because it’s the first time I see progress (or it’s because I love it that I see progress?). I love it because it gets me so focused on nailing the move that I just forget how my body looks like, or should look like. Same goes for calory burn, although later I check it too. I love it because it makes me stronger,…
  • I am absurdly slippery; I think I lack everything, but I guess the main problem is stamina.
