Part of me thinks the drastic cut in calories has put your body into starvation and preservation mode but I’m not a nutritionist or dietician. I’ll be meeting with one on Tuesday and will be asking about that too as I am also worried about calorie intake/decrease and the effect it can have on my overall metabolism

Yeah no more video games - although I’m eagerly awaiting the last game of thrones season in terms of tv.

Yes haha, I haven’t played any video games, I go to the gym every day Monday to Friday - Mom/wed/fri weights with warmup and cool down cardio. Tues / thurs cardio. Sat and Sunday outdoor rec stuff - dog walks etc

I worry about that as well. I simply started eating a lot of salads and healthy food, cut out processed foods and have been using both myfitnesspal and an app called fatsecret to montoir my eating. I am eating lots of healthy stuff and exercising moderately but am not hitting what they recommend for calorie intake each day…
