Documenting the journey
This isn’t easy - staying in shape was way easier than getting back in shape is today. A lot of sweat and energy goes into getting back in shape and I’m working hard to make sure I do it in a healthy way. Has anyone else put together a video collage of pictures and video clips of their journey? Not like the fake Instagram…
