Documenting the journey

This isn’t easy - staying in shape was way easier than getting back in shape is today. A lot of sweat and energy goes into getting back in shape and I’m working hard to make sure I do it in a healthy way.

Has anyone else put together a video collage of pictures and video clips of their journey? Not like the fake Instagram accounts hat just take everyone’s pics and mash them all up as if it was their accomplishment in their search for followers. I mean like individual stories with substance, meaning and inspiration?

I’m trying to do this for myself along the way and am wondering if anyone else has done this?

I have photos from my beginning, through out my weight loss, and during maintenance. Nothing in video form. No idea how to do that.

Taking progress photos or videos are helpful, especially when you hit a point where you can't see progress but when you compare your beginning to your now, you can see it.

Awesome you kept photos of that progress. I’ve lost 20lbs Since May 8th and have another 75 or so to drop. I cannot see the 20lbs. The sarcastic part of me is like, I’ve got to be pretty fat to lose 20lbs and not be able to see it haha.

I posted my story in the “Success Stories” forum. It’s titled “I lost 20% of my body weight in 300 days” if you want to check it out :)

I’m restarting my journey as well. I haven’t done any video, but I have been taking pictures.
