By the time most guys get those, they're probably too old to care.

I've been happy with android, but my experience with apple is limited. Apple phones are similarly priced to the competition, but the cost of everything else in their "ecosystem" is stupidly high.

It seems you answered your own question.

Sounds like an immature relationship to me... not leaving eachother's side, expecting to be treated like a queen, "packing things up" after the first fight, ect... Best of luck.

You shouldn't consider it "starting again." You can't think of it as a single process that has to go perfectly the entire time... and the first screw up, you need to restart. That kind of thinking leads to yo-yo dieting because when you screw up, you'll go days or weeks eating like crap... then "restart..." only to screw…

Kids are crazy these days.

There is no cause so right that one cannot find a fool following it.

Is peanut butter and greek yogurt more "whole or recognizable" than protein powder? Anyway, Dannon Light and fit greek yogurt has 12P, 9C, and 0 fat.

Ads are there to sell the competition... of course they'll tell you what you're buying now is "wrong." I drink diet soda every day, eat ice cream sandwiches everyday, eat non-organic GMO food nearly every day. I've done my own research and eat what I want. I suggest you do the same. If something works for you... don't…

Since there's always someone who's offended... I tend to just not care and do what I want.

I've been doing a bagel and milk for breakfast now. It's not the lowest calorie thing out there (200 calorie bagel, 110 cal milk, 20 cal cream cheese)... but it's surprisingly filling.

Isn't there some truth to that? Being fit is sexier than being overweight... it's okay to admit that. It doesn't have to mean you love him less. Anyway, you should get out of your head and communicate with him about this... not MFP. I'm not saying it's bad to seek advice here, but IMO, a relationship comes first... the…

I like to be told things directly... not tip-toeing with hidden compliments. The truth usually works best. "You've lost weight, lookin' good"
-
Ha, give it time...

I agree with not keeping it around if you can't control yourself... but to put it simply, you just have to value being fit over the fleeting enjoyment of a binge.

Since it can't be easily changed I agree with choosing face... but a nice body goes a loooooong way. Add confidence to that, and someone's face only needs to be average.

Keep at it, 5 days is not really enough tracking to really know how much you've been eating. Also, it's "lose." Don't worry though, no one gets that right around here.

I feel as if more people get it wrong than right.

The U.S. is moving to the metric system, inch by inch.

If you're logging your weight and food accurately... you can get a very good idea of what your maintenance calories are over time.

Whatever you want... I log my weight daily.

RIP your inbox. I'm actually curious though... did this comment blow up your inbox?

Hmm... you joined 2 years ago. Please share the time machine.

I was thinking the same thing. It would have been interesting if an "automated" dating site matched them together.

So since the OP weighs 132 pounds... 100 grams is just about right. If I remember correctly, the first link recommends 0.82 g/lb... which would mean the OP should get around 108 grams per day.

Just keeping saying no, they'll get the hint eventually. As for saying no to yourself... just imagine how you'll feel the instant you're done eating that cupcake. It was good, but it was over quick... so what was the point? Or just fit it into your diet. I eat multiple ice cream sandwiches every day and they fit in my…

I really hope this "not processed" fad dies quickly.

Very soft and macros aren't too shabby.
