Some of my coworkers have adjustable stand-up desks. So they can stand when they want... and sit when they want. They seem to like it.

We comprise society. When people stop buying cosmo or shape with fit people on the covers... that's "society's" (aka, our) way of saying that's what we prefer. I agree with your post completely though.

I compared the macros of similarly "lean" turkey and beef... they were identical if I remember correctly. For a while I bought both... just to keep things different. Eventually I found that I liked the ground turkey better... so that's all I get now.

I usually just try to remember how not "worth it" it's going to be 5 seconds after finishing it.

Most useful thread ever.... so just posting to keep it in my feed.

I get directions to the nearest freebirds.

Hmm... I'm inclined to think your fame worries are a bit premature.

Discrimination against ghosts is still a big problem around here.

Starvation mode is largely a myth... but it's brought up on this forum almost every day.

The food culture is about satisfying customers... it just so happens that most customers want double cheeseburgers and greasy fries. Also, people have jobs because they're "all about making money."

I use a google spreadsheet and open it from my phone.

More squat racks. 2 or 3 is almost never enough... after all, people need more curl racks.

I agree completely. For me, I've found I can only have a handful of priorities... and I have to put working out near the top, otherwise it's not going to happen. Social events, keeping the hose or yard nice, ect... all come after.

Even if that's the case, when you do start bulking after a cut, you'd have a better idea of much muscle you're actually putting on. If you want to bulk, then go ahead. It doesn't really matter which way you go. But again, from my personal experience, I'd rather be lean with less muscle than too fat with more muscle. Just a…

Is that the fault of the meat and dairy industries or government?

You have to understand our perspective, a new thread asking about product "x" is created almost every day, and right or wrong, the consensus here is that they don't work... even if they did, it's not a long-term solution because people don't want to spend money taking product "x" forever. So after you've seen your 50th…

Well I'm still in the process of getting down to 10% again, but I was happier with my body at 170 (too skinny) than my bulk body at 200 (too fat). As for lifts... I'm not sure if you're referring to numbers, but if so... who cares? I tell my wife all the time, I'm doing this for looks, I couldn't care less if my max bench…

MFP?
-
I really hope this all natural and organic fad dies a quick painful death. I doubt it will, but I'm holding out hope.
-
You found an inaccurate entry on MFP? Did you check the other 3 dozen entries of that same food? (sarcasm) I really dislike how bloated the database is.
-
Ha nice. I just stopped tracking mine completely. If it's not a macro, I don't care about it.

Personally, I think your calories are too high for a bulk... and I think you should cut down lower before bulking. Long story short, I was 200 lbs, +20% BF and cut down to 170 lbs. From there I bulked back to 200 over 5 months. Now I'm cutting again. I'm 6' 1", 187 pounds 13.5% BF... and I regret bulking as much as I did.…

I could probably switch to a 100% ice cream diet. It might be a short life... but it damn, it could be worth it.

Not desperate... so a girl who doesn't ask this question.

If I did weights at 6 pm, I plan my cardio for about 4-5 decades after that during the shuffleboard tournament.
