Just do what I do. Eat 1300 calories a day and log it. I weigh my food but sometimes it goes over a gram or two and I don’t feel like messing with it. I burn at LEAST 1400. I know that because i weight 200 lbs and use the stationary bike 2x a day, for 50 minutes each, at various speeds from 13-17mph. So I’m over-exercising? I should limit my cardio to once a day?
