I would pass out. I have to eat every 3-4 hours.

My body is strange. I can be full on something one day and the next day I have it and am starving an hour later. But typically what fills me (most of the time): cottage cheese, tuna, chicken, Greek yogurt, "heavy" pasta (such as lasagna made with meat).

I used to do a cheat day every other week but found it would lead to 3-4 cheat days, so I stopped. :-/

Every Monday morning. I used to weigh several times a week, but weight fluctuates too much (sodium, hydration, etc) and it would depress me.

Veggie wrap: Ole high fiber tortilla spread with 1-2 tbsp hummus, add diced celery, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced carrots, sliced avocado, and add some tuna or cooked chicken for protein. Roll up..fruit on the side. Yummy!

Have you tried the ICE drinks? So good! I buy them at Walmart.

So much work, lol I buy the Smartfood Delight sea salt popcorn (it comes in a bag already popped). It has just a few ingredients, is low cal and delicious (and not expensive).

I was never able to drink regular soda because it always gave me headaches. I drink diet when we go out, but at home, stick to sparkling (flavored) water for that carbonation fix.

Curious what the protein powder is? :)

Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream is my weakness and our store does not carry the single serving size of my favorite brand (small town/only one grocery store for 100 miles). I have been known to bring home 1/2 gallon, eat a bowl (or two) and then shove the rest down the garbage disposal. If I don't, I could seriously…

I'm 5'6 1/2 and 155 lbs. I recently went to the doctor and asked her about it. She said my BMI is 24.9% (which is right on the edge of overweight). She said if I wanted to lose a few pounds to feel better, great...but that I wasn't at a great risk of any major health problems with that BMI. I do feel better physically at…

Red Robin veggie burger - my go to when we go there.. I think it's somewhere around 1200 calories from when I checked a while ago. GEEZ

My daughter made an upside down pineapple cake the other day. I was looking at the WW app out of curiosity and one slice would have been like 26 points - ahhhhhh I then looked up the calories and found 400 for a slice which is still kind of high (but expected). What a difference though... I can have a slice while counting…

Premier Protein drinks and Oh Yeah ONE bars. :)

Sorry if it has already been posted... I recently discovered the Oh Yeah ONE bars. SO GOOD!!!

You can set your app to do Smartpoints again. Just go to food settings, set to maintenance and then roll the number to 30 (or whatever you want). All you have to do then is track the "zero point" foods such as eggs, beans, etc. You can do this by entering the nutritional info for each of these foods and making it a…

Pistachios Fruit (this is often my afternoon snack)

I eat cottage cheese several times a week and don't think I will be rinsing it. :(

I haven't done a no carb diet (is that possible?), but I did do low carb when I was told last summer that I was pre-diabetic. I was able to lower my A1C into the normal range again by consuming on average, 100-120 carbs a day. I continue to keep an eye on my carbs, trying not to go above 150/day.

Thank you so much everyone!! This has given me a lot of food (haha) for thought! :)

I don’t even start. I know myself — I am not one to have a handful of chips or two cookies and be able to stop.

Anyone else with stories/experiences to share?

Thank you!

I’ve never been much of a breakfast eater. I prefer an iced coffee when I wake up, and then lunch around 11.

150-200. I could easily eat more carbs (love them!), but after a scare last summer of being diagnosed pre-diabetic, I started watching my carbs closely and brought myself back into the normal range by staying around 150-200 a day. I’m afraid to go any higher now.
