Im currently trying to eliminate my temptations at work. I teach toddlers, crackers and other really processed foods are not doing me any favors. I have been vegan for about 4ish years (with minor slip up ps here and there, because I'm human) I'll send you a friend request :)

I'm working on transitioning to a wfpbno diet. I am a former junk food addict...and I do tend to slip up under stress (chips and candy). I do feel better eating whole food and the day after binges are the worst. Feel free to add
