Looking for fellow herbivores friends. I am trying to move out of my junk food habbits into whole plant based foods. I started my journey years ago at 250 and I am currently sitting about 174. I would like to get down to 130, but my first mini goal is 150. Feel free to add.

Well done. Wishing you every success on your journey. I have been fully WFPB for 9 months & have never felt better. I used to waver between pescatarian & vegetarian and always veered towards eating too much high fat & sugary foods especially cheese & chocolate. It initially took quite a bit of effort to get myself organised. I find Hello Nutritarian Kirsten Hong as well as Rawvana on YouTube very helpful for inspiration, organisation & recipes along the way. As well as my MFP to log everything as even with best laid plans, I can veer off course easily if I don’t stay focused. I have lost over 42 pounds to date & have another 34 pounds to go. Best of all, after 9 months I’m loving a WFPB lifestyle & not craving junk food at all.

Im currently trying to eliminate my temptations at work. I teach toddlers, crackers and other really processed foods are not doing me any favors.

I have been vegan for about 4ish years (with minor slip up ps here and there, because I'm human) I'll send you a friend request :)
