Like the video said, not sleeping enough makes you hungrier. I have also heard that his is because since you arent rested well enough your body requires more energy from other sources to keep it going such as food.

My advice would be to throw out any junk food like cookies that you might binge on in one of those episodes.

150 pounds is quite the accomplishment. Knowing that you achieved that much should be good motivation. Keep on keeping on!

A friend of mine is a firefighter and he has a pretty difficult time keeping a consistent eating schedule (and sleeping schedule for that matter)

You dont necessarily need exercise to lose weight. Maybe just concentrate on your diet?
