I’ve done WW for years but this new program is horrible - I truly mean that. I have done nothing but gain weight on it and i feel like it ruined my metabolism (seriously). Back to counting calories and increasing purposeful movement.

I find that when I increase my protein I gain. It’s the main reason i quit the new WW program. Not sure if my body doesn’t process it right or what, but it affects my weight and my digestion etc.
