Lentils! My fave new friend. Must admit I usually cook them in a pan on the gas hob but I see on Google they can be done in a microwave. There's a good protein kick for you ;)

Marinade everything! Use spices for flavor and chopped tomatoes as a base. Make low cal tasty chilli or fire up your taste buds with your own curry. Make it to your own taste with individual spices not shop bought sauces. Olive oil and lemon/lime start things off, the rest is up to your imagination.

I'm in awe! When I press the "Run" button on screen at the gym and get going at 10kph it's just a matter of minutes before the screen becomes so blurred that I keep missing the "Walk" button so many times and I end up doing a whole 0.5k!

As a fellow "tog" and drinker I just hope when you find "the answer" you will let me know how the hell you did it! I'm not doing too bad.. health and weight are doing good.. exercise and fitness.. I'm happy and getting better. But the drinking... just can't get a grip on that so any advice you have, send it my way please.…
