the doctor said i have the “female athlete triad” so he’s covering all three bases of that. disordered eating is only 1/3 of my problem.

i am not allergic to either one, but according to the allergist i went to a few years back, i am “highly sensitive” so i avoid them anyways. feel free to add me, my diary is open!

i like to eat one apple and 2 medium sized carrots for a snack! it takes awhile to eat so it feels like you’re getting more food then you actually are, and it’s nutritious!

i need to lose like 10 more pounds before fall. then i run faster.

mfp has me at 1490 calories per day, not counting exercise.

i don’t eat the calories back, usually i have 500-600 calories remaining on an average day. i do try to fit a good amount of protein in my diet though. this is my choice; i really just need to lose some weight before cross country starts so i can run faster.

i am logging exercises. i tend to have around 500-600 extra calories left at the end of the day. i want to lose about 10 more pounds.

i was just using those examples, my point was really asking if one food makes you more full than another does it also contribute more to your weight. i know chicken is a much better choice than candy :)

one of my favorite foods EVER is puppy chow but all that powdered sugar on top makes it so unhealthy! i use PB2 Chocolate to coat it instead of powdered sugar! it’s sooooo good!

i’m assuming you’re using diet and exercise to lose weight, so find ways to make it more enjoyable! find an exercise you enjoy doing, and keep doing it! find recipes to cook healthy food that you still like to eat! healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to mean not fun! remember, it’s small lifestyle changes that will really make…
