eating disorder treatment
just recently i’ve been diagnosed with disordered eating, and the doctor i saw is now referring me to an eating disorder clinic to meet with a gynecologist, psychiatrist, and dietitian. has anyone had experience with this? what can i expect?

protein shakes
i love drinking protein shakes, and usually drink one for a meal replacement a few times a week. but i’ve been using the same recipe for forever, and i’m looking to switch things up a bit! does anyone have any good recipes that use chocolate protein powder?

always exhausted
for the past week or so, i’ve been feeling extra exhausted after my workouts. doesn’t matter how much sleep i got the night before or how much coffee i drink that day, i’m just always so tired and can’t function at 100% for the rest of the day. any advice to help me not be a zombie anymore?

1200 calorie diet
i’m eating around 1200 calories a day, and doing exercise on top of that (running and weight lifting) and yet i still see the scale number going up occasionally. this is really discouraging me, does anyone know why this is happening?
