introduction

hello!

i’m a college runner, and have recently started tracking my calories/nutrients to keep myself more accountable during our off season!

for a couple years now, i’ve been eating dairy/gluten free to help with some medical issues, and i have found it to be very beneficial to me! recently i’ve tried to cut down on added sugar, since i know that isn’t good for me either.
