low calorie meals/snacks

i’m looking for ideas for low calorie meals and snacks that will keep me full for awhile. i keep a gluten and dairy free diet and like to keep my meals around 350-400 calories and my snacks around 100-150 calories. thanks for the help!

    A huge vegetable salad with some protein keeps me full for hours.

    • Crispy (rice) breaded tofu
    • Kimchi chips/crisps
    • Shelled edamame and chickpeas roasted or baked
    • Bell peppers with hummus on sweet potato toasts
    • Black bean, avocado and chicken or tahini with sweet potato and cauliflower or hummus and quinoa or fish with tzatziki sauce wraps
    • Turkey, avocado and alfalfa/broccoli sprouts or nut butter sandwiches
