39 on Sunday was hoping to start my mid life crisis but wife wont let me have a motorbike

u shud get about 2grams of protein per kg of body weight and double in carbs steady increase ur caloiries each week until the scales start going up try and get 6 to 7 meals in a day or sup some with shakes

don't know if I need friends to help and support me or just locking away in the nut house feel free to add
