@jessicakrall8 and @angmarie28 did you have an initial adjustment phase when you first started intermittent fasting? I tried for a few days and felt light headed without breakfast. So gave up. But I do want to try the right way.

Yesx3 day. Took the kiddo out for a spin in the jogging stroller on a new route. Except for the bugs it was good. Just did fast pace walking. 2nd pass day. Over on calories. 🤦♀️ snacking has become a problem for me. Walked outside for about an hour. Trying to keep it simple and focus on two numbers for the next week...100 oz water and 10k steps. Got a jogging stroller as a hand me down. Hoping that’ll help the step count ...🤞
