Managed another night AF

Hmm, I was really hoping for AF February, but ended up having 2 glasses of wine on Sunday. I'm disappointed, but won't beat myself up over it. 3 days AF

8 days AF, but starting to negotiate with myself. So I recognize what I'm doing, and will try to stay true :)
