I have dropped weight. I just forget to post it from time to time. In the last 3 week's I've gone from 83.9kg - 81.7kg

Yeah I'm counting my cals and putting them into MFP. I do an exercises 3-4 times a week. I also do cardio in a fasted state before work 2-3 times a week also. I'm eating roughly 500 cals less than my TDEE

Obviously Male. 29. 5ft 8. 81kg. So MFP put me at 1800 cals a day & that's a 2lb a week loss in weight.

Thanks for the reply. Ive been sort of training on and off for 3 months. I train 5 times a week including cardio 2-3 times a week in a fasted state. My diet in all honesty it's good but it could be better. I eat roughly 1600cals a day. What do you mean "Maintenance intake"
