I just changed it from sedentary to lightly active and my fitbit calorie adjustment remained the same number of calories. Did I do something wrong?

Thanks. I just cant believe how much I actually move and how much I must have actually been eating to get this over weight. My calorie allowance seems like a huge number but I must have been eating more then that or I wouldn't be fat.

It was a snack haha! It's like the best shrimp ever so I was trying to have it in moderation and am just worried about correctly logging it. I usually fail at this because my "one cheat" turns into a cheat month and I'm back at square one. That's the only reason I'm being a little crazy about it.

So today for example, you would say eat the 1500 plus maybe 200 extra to account for my exercise? My fitbit said 400 cals but who knows how accurate that is.
