I didn't feel like it was a "little info". I'm not sure what else your looking for. I'm 5'2", 150lbs, body fat (from caliper) is 28%. I eat 1800 plus half of exercise calories. I aim for 130 grams of protein but average around 110.

First, your body has been through a lot. Please follow your weight bearing precautions as the physician ordered, you can reverse so much internally if you try and push through when you shouldn't. Can you see a physical therapist? Access to a gym? Arm bike? I would start with googling seated exercises, there are "sit and be…

I've also lost about 70lbs in 2018/2019. I am about 15ish lbs from goal weight. The first month of quarenteen I gained 5lbs, and having pity parties for myself with my closed gym and cold weather. This last week I've gotten over it, I'm back to running 5k-10k 3 days a week, and do any body weight videos I can find on…

Sushi is great. This was supermarket sushi so definitely not quality, but works for a craving.
-
I ate it all and logged it as 2.5 servings. 🤷🏼♀️
-
Why I didn't Google it, I won't ever know. Thank you!! Eat all the sushi!!
-
That would be my hope but it just seems like a lot. 🤷🏼♀️

Label does not specify. If that's for 2 pieces I'm screwed.

I always save 200ish calories for a bedtime snack. Favorites are chilly cow ince cream, strawberries with powdered sugar, or salted peanuts. We eat dinner at 5 because that's when the kids need it, so I have a snack between 8-9.

I always save 300-400 calories for my second supper. I can say no all day long, I've conquered staying away from the work candy bowl, but I always need a bed time snack. I'm currently eating chilly cow ice cream (190 cals) and drinking a ginger beer (170 cals).

I started at 210lbs, and I am down 65lbs now. I measured my "overhang" as part of my monthly measurements. It has shrunk about and inch and a half. But I've noticed that I wear real Jean's, made out of like real Jean material, and that helps hide it more at this weight. I also enjoyed swimsuit shopping until I found one…

BP is always right around 110/60s, my resting HR is low 60s. I run 4-6x a week, 3miles to 6 miles daily.

I started out with running goals also, and fell in love with it. I am down about 65lbs now. I started with a couch 2 5k program, and now I run 10ks. I also strength train, and am working on my speed.

I think it was an issue with Fitbit. My app kept showing my 78 steps from getting ready this morning, then flashing my 17000 I'm ending my day with. It seems to all be working now.

I have a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew every day, 200 cals. I know there will come a day when I have to tighten up those calories, because let's be honest some days the coffee/cream ratio is not typical. Anyway, the thought of a venti with nearly nothing but heavy cream makes my teeth hurt.

I ate under my calories yesterday, I think 1500 out of 1600, with 2 slices of pizza. I was up .6lbs today, I didnt bat an eye. Weight fluctuates daily, I have my period so I know I ate way over last week and I always under eat this week. My trend is still down, so I don't worry about it.

I measure at natural "dips" in my body. For my arms I follow the natural indentation on my bicep, I measure the largest part of my thighs, and 3 different spots on my waist.

🙌 I used to be a serial starter! Cue every 1st of the month haha! I've lost 60lbs now and I've got the hang of this new life style. Mom of a 4 year old and one year old!

My fitbit versa has been spot on for my calorie burns, daily and exercise burn. I average 16000 steps on a slow day and 25000 on my 10k training days. I base my daily calories off of my burn, and I have lost 60lbs now at the exact time line I've expected from using my Fitbit as a guide.

5'2 female SW: 210 June 2018 CW: 149 today GW: 130ish I've learned so much about myself and my relationship with food on this journey. I would turn to food to drown my sorrows or celebrate my happiness. I've changed that relationship/way of thinking. I've also learned the amount of totally awful food I would eat just to be…

I agree with all of your thoughts. I'm down 60lbs, started in a size XL and 16 pants, I am currently in smalls and size 4. I dont see it everyday, but clothes shopping definitely helps, I took a dressing room selfie and literally didnt recognize myself. I think it's just going to take time! I'm not really sure. I'm also…

I do not have my watch synced with mfp because I dislike not having a set number. How long have you had your watch? I picked my activity level as active based on my typical number of steps without exercise. I then manually add half of what my watch says I burn during intentional exercise. Pick your setting and follow it…

I started at 210lbs, and it was probably around 170lbs when I looked in the mirror and saw a huge change. I am 149lbs now and people will literally walk by me at work and not recognize me. Keep going! So worth it!

I use the versa, and it's been essential for my weight loss. I have used the weekly calorie burn to adjust my activity level, and I eat back approx half my exercise calories. It has been very accurate for me, I'm at 60lbs lost and I think fitbit has played a huge role in the numbers side of it. It tracks my sleep, cycle,…

This exactly.

I eat almost all of my calories in the evening. I just incorporated an afternoon snack because by the time I get home after the gym I'm ready to eat my arm off. But over half my daily calories are in the evening. I've lost 60lbs now

Me too! SW: 210 CW: 152 GW:130

I dont think this is silly. I weigh absolutely everything that goes into my mouth from lettuce to peanut butter to chocolate chips to goldfish force fed from my toddler :) I've had my fitbit (versa) for a year and my calorie burn is basically spot on. I've lost 60lbs now and I use the burn to tighten up my calorie goals…

How long have you been counting calories? Remember that even 5 or 6 days a week watching what you eat, if you go crazy on day 7 you are undoing a lot of progress. I started at 210lbs, I'm 150lbs now. MFP process works, you just need to be consistent and follow it.
