Intake fluctuation effect metabolism?
I am working with a trainer (who I will also ask this question to) but some days I am happy and full at 1700 and some days I'm at 2100 and feel like I'm starving to death. My daily goal right now is 2000. Will a swing of this much, say 400 calories, day to day have a negative impact on my metabolism long term?

I am going to have dry rubbed ribs tonight. Do I measure them, eat, then reweigh bones and subtract that to get the Oz? Or is the bone included on the Oz?

If I am syncing my fitbit over, should my base calories be set at 1200 for sedentary and then take the adjustment? Or do i have it set at the 1500 for lightly active plus the adjustment? But that seems like double dipping.
