How to measure ribs

I am going to have dry rubbed ribs tonight. Do I measure them, eat, then reweigh bones and subtract that to get the Oz? Or is the bone included on the Oz?

    Weigh the whole serving before dinner, weigh the bones after, subtract, multiply by the calories per gram.
