Hello! I am just over a year in this journey, from 219lbs, 5 foot 2, size 16 pants and XL shirt. I am now 150lbs, size 2 Jean's an small shirts.
I would like to concentrate now on toning/muscle rather then just my end number. I have also found a love for running, but I am getting burnt out on running endless miles with no plan.
I have found an exercise strength program, a 6 week bootcamp at my gym, but am at a loss for what to do for calories. Should I eat at maintenance? A very small deficit? Help!

Probably to lean for recomp now. Would be an extremely slow process from here. I’d go with small deficit personally till goal.2
