Hi! Been here since 2018. It's been trial and error but the visible change started when I've begun to keep a diary for what I eat and weight my food. After that, getting into weight lifting did the rest. I've lost 12kg/26 lbs and I'm 36 years old. Took me 1 year because I wanted to do it slow and while adding muscle mass…

I'm back! 10 months post op. Meanwhile I've turned 36 yo. I've maintained my weight well the first 7 months, then.. the end of the year happened. Working 2 full jobs, 17 hours daily (weekends included), I've got to the point where I would skip meals due to lake of time and eating tooo much crap when I've managed to eat. At…

You're welcome. The Epic series is the best free training program that I've done to this day. Tens of women follow it in my fitness group and their body transformation is truly impressive. I hope you are well too!

[/quote] Wow amazing 🤩!! Your my inspiration 💖! I’m the same age as you and at the moment I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been I’m 143lbs not sure what it is in kg 🤷♀️. I used to go to the gym regularly I never got to my goal weight but I’m now 8lbs heavier than when I started. I got so lazy through the lockdowns and since…

Hi! I'm am okay... Having a huge fitness break due to the surgery. I do workout but very little. Also working 15-20h/day so it's difficult to find the time for it. I hope that i'll get back to it soon.

:p Yes, totally aloud. I'm not uptight. I worked way too hard for this body, so I enjoy the appreciation. :)
-
Thank you! Others helped me... It's only fair to pay it forward.

Thank you so much for the appreciation! There are so many great FREE programs on YouTube. Regarding Caroline Girvan, it's for intermediate. I don't know for how long you've been working out but Caroline may not be for you as she's intermediate or intermediate-advanced level. Take it one step at a time. Let me know what you…

For the moment I'm changing my weekly goal to 4 workouts/week, no matter the calorie burn. I feel pretty discouraged with all the cellulite popping back out but that's life... I have to be patient and recover first in order to be a badass again next year.

Thank you so much!

Thank you! :-)

You are perfectly right. Probably is because I'm frustrated. Worked really hard to get rid of the cellulite and now it's allover me and I feel pretty bad about my image. I know it's not only about the looks but... I am recovering very very well. My scars looked at 1month since others at 6 months. Doc says that having a…

Your message made me smile. Thank you so much for the appreciation. It was incredibly hard to get as fit as I an now, working out like crazy for 1 year. I guess it's just my fear of not getting back to where I was when all this started... Hugs!

Thank you so much! Well... I have not. I notice that as soon as I eat a bit more freely, I gain weight or get fluffy. It's frustrating after working so hard to get abs. Ugh... That must have been hard. I hope you are okay now. Hugs!

Hi! I've been on MFP since 2018. I just haven't been active on the Forum due to lack of time. I didn't know about the message thing. Good to know. Thanks for the advice. Oh, that sounds pretty bad. I'm already past the walking stage. I am doing spinning and body weight exercises but since I can't do HIIT/jump/use weights,…

Hi! I'm Tina, a 35 yo woman from Europe, Romania who used to be overweight and changed her life in January 2020. Now I'm 2.5 months post surgery with several restrictions at least until September so I feel lonely and discouraged, especially because my muscle mass had to suffer and even started hanging on arms and legs (I…

Hi! 30 workouts post op. I dropped a bit of weight and the abs started to show a bit more. I think I'll start working on it or at least try, cause the doctor said I'm allowed after 3 months (2 wks left). Otherwise... I'm crazy busy, with a bit a decrease in motivation but I keep grinding. Some new friends to encourage me…

I'm glad you did. It doesn't matter when you start. It made a huge difference for me. Mobility is underrated, really.

I have 2 months post-op and already 20 workouts done. Given the situation and restrictions, that's amazing. I've been maintaining my weight but my muscles are not as firm.. but can't do anything about it if the doctor forbids certain things. Meanwhile I'll show you my 1 year progress photo for my hamstrings.

Hi! On March 17th I've started to be more active. I'm allowed to walk, climb stairs, do squats, lunges etc. Anything low impact with my legs and glutes but I can't do a lot as I still get tired very fast. I'm not allowed to move my hands too much or raise my elbows above my shoulders. I'll be able to do upper body…

Hi! It's day 14. I am recovering well and in comparison with the first week, I'm feeling great. Every time I go to the doctor's, he's telling stories about my surgery and we are laughing. He said that although I don't show it on the outside, I have a VERY big chest muscles and that gave him some trouble because they were…

I'm feeling so proud for finishing Epic II! Caroline Girvan just announced Epic Heat! I never thought I'll feel like crying because I can't exercise. :#

I feel like *kitten* but my arms look great today. See the bright side! ;)
