Makes total sense to me. IF is a tool to reduce your caloric input, so if you are adding some coffee creamer outside of your 16:8, so what? The fasting police won't knock the door down.

I always weigh my rice before cooking. White rice, 45 grams @ 160 calories. My preference is basmati. Makes about 2/3 cup cooked.

I thought this was going to be about a new female hip hop artist. Mexico has "huevos ahogados" which means drowned eggs. Eggs poached in adobo sauce, or just simmering tomato and onion salsa. A delicious change from plain old scrambled eggs. I make it every once in a while and dip toast into it, Yum.

This is one of the real reasons that people lose weight on a keto diet. They just get tired of the limited menu and of eating the same foods everyday. So they start eating less of it. There is no magical appetite suppression.

No wonder you are retaining water.140 ounces is excessive, in my opinion. That's well over a gallon of water. The whole drink x amount of water based on x weight is a myth. You don't need to be drinking "tons" of water.

If you are referring to how MFP calculates calories used in various activities, I have read many posts that say MFP over-estimates. I usually eat back only half of my exercise calories for that reason. ;)

My all time high was 380. And I'm not tall. I know how miserable it can be at a larger weight, because it becomes a vicious cycle. Not sure what you mean by "true calories". MFP is advising 1500 to lose 2x weekly, based on your stats. Why are you wanting to go below that and make things harder?

Watching what one eats means little in terms of weight loss. This probably works better for maintenance. My tip is to start using the MFP food diary, weigh and log what you eat. That produces results. Yoga is about equivalent to playing canasta as far as caloric expenditure. I'd choose more walking and less yoga. Good…
