I 💯 agreed. Nothing personal dude, but I made a previous post about making friends. Not 1 female send me a friend request and all the dude were creeping in my dm. Don’t take it personal, it is all about personal level. Some females just feel more comfortable talking to other females about some stuff.

5/6x a week. I go to a gym called Orangetheory fitness. It corporates weights, treadmill, and a rowing machine. It is all group classes. Each day is a different workout.

I did it for a month last summer. I did it because I heard it can help lose muscle mass. I don’t have fat so I wanted to go to my muscle. Especially my thighs. I can definitely relate. For me it is like a place to get away from the things that are bothering me. I use my frustrations on the workout.
