  • I would go ahead and eat butter if you like the taste. These substitutes are usually worse for your health.
  • Always hit your protein goal, especially since you are also working out. To increase satiety, increase the amount of fat you eat and decrease the amount of carbohydrates/sugar. I did OMAD a couple days after I started IF and it went a lot smoother than accepted since I never went over 20g of carbs when I started.
  • Yes, I saw that. I was focusing on the fact that body weight decreased for those who ate 2 meals rather than 6. But if you’ve tried this and it didn’t work for you, it’s just not for you. :)

  • I’m doing OMAD with keto! I’m not really limiting myself to just 20g carbs a day though since I like to eat fruits that have some sugar in it. I’ve lost about 5lbs in 1 week (all water wéíght I’m sure but still feels good to see the #s go down!)
  • I use a Fitbit and it’s pretty useful but if you’re the type of person who likes all their technology connected, an Apple Watch might be more beneficial for you. You can text people back and save notes for yourself on the go
