Count me in! I'm 44, 140 and 5'4". I'd like to be back down to 130-133. I lost 100 pounds in 2014 and have been maintaining it since except for these 7 pounds that I go up and down on. I lift 6x/week and am adding cardio (yuck) in now to try and drop the weight.

Same here. 20 years later, I'm still happy I did it but don't think I would again if ever in the position. I just don't see the necessity of it.

A hundred pounds ago, I never got hit on. I was pretty much invisible to everyone. Since losing the weight, I've had to adjust to being in public....people talk to you when you're not over weight. around 100g. I eat a high protein, low carb/low fat diet for health reasons.

At 236 I was a 20/22 on bottom. It took until 180 to get below a size 14. At 140 and below, I'm a size 4 on bottom. The smaller sizes definitely seem to come with less weight loss than the plus sizes.

How is it I can be in my 40s but feel like I'm still in my 20s? Just wiser. This aging thing baffles me!
