So I adjusted it and put 1lb per week. And it put my calories to 1500. I was trying just to put calories just a little. Like 1300 or 1400.

I’m 44 5’2 143lbs. My goal 130.

I’m 44 and I weigh 143. I’m 5’2. I set my goal at 130. I set my activity to moderate. I’m a housecleaner so I get a lot steps and I’m moving for 3-7 hrs straight.
