Go on youtube, there are lot of different ways to do lunges and they are awesome for your legs. You can do squats too and even without added wieght are very effective. You tube is a great resource for lots of different exercises many without wieghts. I have a set of bands and they are great for adding resistance.

I just got a Polar FT60 for Christmas. I wore it to the gym and found that my calorie counts I have been using are very close to what the HR monitor gave me. The problem I had was when I hopped on the treadmill it read my heart rate on my machine (good) and the two OTHER treadmill on either side of me!!! Yikes It was bit…
