Good morning to all you amazing MFP folks! I hope your Sunday morning is going great ! I typically stay away from the boards, however I need some help...and accountability. I've had good success with my health and fitness goals (new lifestyle) until about 6 weeks ago. I got out of my exercise routine...then I started making poor choices with my nutrition and why...well I'm not really sure. I have several excuses but I'm not gonna go there. Anyways, today is a new day ! I have this wonderful resource called MFP with an awesome support network with awesome friends that I've developed over time. I'm making a commitment to you that I'm getting back on track today and I've set a goal to lose 7 lbs over the next 7 days. I know it's aggressive, but I need to set this kind of goal to get my butt in gear. I started my transformation in April of 2010 and committed that I would not regress...it started happening...I'm reversing that slip starting today. This is so a state of mind thing for me. Thanks for listening. I'll keep ya posted. :happy:

You so have this and we will be there every step of the way, you my dear are amazing!!! Proud of you, it is not how we fall or stumble, it is how we pick ourself back up, brush off and continue....tenacity baby...you so have this!!0

Your weight loss is amazing. You are to be commended on what you have accomplished with diet and exercise. You caught yourself before you completely went back to your old habits. Good job and best of luck on your ongoing journey.0
