  • Having said that ^ - my weight loss doesn't follow the five week prediction, either way. It's always slower, even though I've set my calories for "fast" loss. I just blame this on being a middle-aged woman with PCOS and borderline thyroid. As long as it's going down, I'm happy.
  • I was stuck in that place for quite a while. I stopped logging (not doing) exercise and using that as a reason to eat more, and stopped relying on calorie information on the database without checking it with the food scale and the packet information.
